The program will be moderated by San Diego Symphony’s Assistant Conductor Ken-David Masur, CC'01 (www.ken-davidmasur.com) and feature The Lee Trio (www.theleetrio.com), a dynamic ensemble made up of sisters and graduates of Harvard, Yale, Curtis and Juilliard who have captured audiences worldwide with its “gripping immediacy and freshness” [The Strad]. Also performing this evening will be Columbia alumnus and baritone Morgan Smith (www.morgansmithbaritone.com), who is giving the San Diego premiere of the role of Starbuck in San Diego Opera's upcoming production of Moby Dick, and soprano Hope Carlson, who holds her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Master of Music in Vocal Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music.
